Overview
In this instructor-led Implementing Cisco Collaboration Applications (CLICA) course students will learn collaboration applications, including single sign-on, Cisco Unified IM and Presence, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unity Express, and application clients.
This course prepares students for the Cisco CCNP Collaboration concentration exam – CLICA. Passing this exam along with the CCNP Collaboration core exam, CLCOR, will earn students the Cisco CCNP Collaboration certification.
